There's a story behind every face, the members we have, there's a personal goal to achieve and the treasure of empowerment to attain. Strength doesn't come with 60 rounds on the bag, 600 push-ups, 600 sit-ups. To me, "true strength" comes from overcoming things you thought you couldn't do.
